The following information is required to return any part to Energy Systems. Parts returned are subjected to a 20% Restocking Charge; freight not allowed.
- Call ES for an RA # issued from Energy Systems.
- Copy of your invoice, to show date of purchase from Energy Systems.
- Our Product Return form filled out in full and sent back with each part.
- Parts need to be in new and saleable condition; subject to inspection and
- test before credit is issued.
- No returns on electrical or items with a shelf life.
- Parts sent back to Energy Systems is at your cost.
- Returned parts with no RA number or past 60 days will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
