Today’s Energy Systems has developed from a business founded
in 1933 as E.E. Richter & Son, an industrial engine distributor.
The current corporation separated from the original company in
1992,
and is in its third generation. Don and Nancy Richter, current
owners, represent the third generation of family ownership.
Our company’s association with Generac Power Systems dates
back to 1974 and Katolight’s back to 1984. Today Energy Systems
is proud to be Generac’s oldest distributor in the United
States. We are also Generac’s largest Ultimate Service Dealer
(USD) west of the Mississippi, covering three Western states and
the Pacific Rim.
Our Facility
Energy Systems’ headquarters is located at 7100 South Longe
Street, Suite 300 in Stockton. In addition to our offices, we have
over 30,000 square feet of space devoted to parts
and service activities.
