In April of 2008, Energy System's opened a new branch office in Reno, NV to help support the Reno-Sparks, Tahoe Market. The new 7200 square foot building houses an inventory of new generators, replacement parts along with field support services and rental generators.
About Us
The
company began in 1933 when E.E. Richter and his son, Bud,
started a business specializing in industrial engines. They
built their business in the San Francisco Bay Area and soon
began selling to other parts of the state. The business
continued to grow as the second generation of the Richter family
took over the reins and found more opportunities to help
companies with their power equipment needs. In the early 70’s,
the third generation of Richters researched how they could best
serve the fast growing industrial business segment. Don Richter had a
vision to specialize and grow their generation power systems
division and created a separate family company, now known as
Energy Systems. Don, and his wife Nancy, run the operation from
their Stockton headquarters and serve the western United States
and the countries of the Pacific Rim. A Reno location has been a
great addition to benefit their many Nevada customers. As Energy
Systems continues to grow, it is Don Richter’s commitment for
all customers to have an excellent experience from the initial
consultation…to customer training…to each PM service. At
Energy Systems…it is all about YOU.
Our Facility
Energy Systems’ headquarters is located at 7100 South Longe Street, Suite 300 in Stockton. In addition to our offices, we have over 30,000 square feet of space devoted to parts and service activities.
